Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion (HP) combined with continuous venovenous hemofiltration (CVVH) in the treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP).Methods Eighty-two patients with AOPP admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected and were randomly divided into control group and study group,41 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with HP,and the patients in the study group were treated with HP+CVVH.The survival rate and the survival time of the died patients of the two groups were compared,as well as the levels of whole blood cholinesterase and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the survival rate,whole blood cholinesterase before and after treatment,and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).The survival time of the died patients of the study group was longer than that of the control group,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion HP combined with CVVH can effectively prolong the survival time of patients and reduce the degree of inflammatory response after poisoning.关键词
