Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anethol trithione capsules combined with Danyining tablets in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Methods 94 patients with chronic cholecystitis in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 were collected and were divided into the two groups with the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Danyining tablets,and the observation group was treated with anethol trithione capsules on the basis of the control group.The levels of plasma TNF-α,plasma β-EP,and serum SOD,the theraPeutic effect and medication safety in the two groups were compared.Results The plasma levels of TNF-α and β-EP in the control group were (1.32 ± 0.25) ng/ml and (16.37 ± 2.85) mmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the observation group [(1.17 ± 0.23) ng/ml and (14.85 ± 2.34) mmol/L],serum SOD level was (610.67 ± 85.74) ng/ml,which was lower than that in the observation group [(705.36 ± 78.42) ng/ml],with statistically significant differences (t =3.027,2.826,5.587;P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 78.72％,which was lower than that of the observation group (93.62％),with statistically significant difference (x 2 =4.374,P＜0.05).Conclusion Anethol trithione capsules combined with Danyining tablets has significant effect in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,which can effectively improve the levels of plasma TNF-α,plasma β-EP,and serum SOD,and is safe and reliable.关键词
