Abstract
Objective To observe the improvement effect of nursing checkup method in physical examination.Methods Established,trained,assessed the "Four Check Ten Comparison" system." Four Check" increased the subjects involved in the investigation based on "Three Check";"Ten Comparison" included the check of physical examination number,name,gender,ID number (or photos on letter of physical examination notice),physical examination items,part,whether fasting,sampling tube,bar codes,data entry based on "Seven Comparison".(①) The number of nursing mistakes was recorded in 46,846 subjects after the implementation of "Four Check Ten Comparison" system (2016) and compared with that in 45,852 subjects before the implementation (2015).(②) The subjects' satisfaction and nursing mistakes related complaints were recorded in 720 subjects randomly selected after the implementation of "Four Check Ten Comparison" system (2016) and compared with those in 692 subjects randomly selected before the implementation (2015).The x2 test was used to analyze the rate of nursing mistakes,the subjects' satisfaction degree,and nursing mistakes related complaints before and after the implementation of "Four Check Ten Comparison" system.Results 67 cases (0.15％) of nursing mistakes were found before the nursing checking method improvement (2015),631 cases (91.18％) of subjects were satisfied,and 7 complaints were made;39 cases (0.08％) of nursing mistakes were found after the nursing checking method improvement (2016),708 cases (98.33％) of subjects were satisfied,without complaints;there were statistically significant differences in the rate of nursing mistakes,the subjects' satisfaction degree,and the rate of complaints before and after the improvement (x2 =8.02,36.78,7.32;P＜0.05).Conclusion After improving the method,nurses' compliance with the system is obviously improved,the incidences of errors and complaints are significantly reduced,and the satisfaction degree of the subjects is obviously improved,which is worth learning by the medical institutions at all levels.关键词
