Effect of apatinib on thyroid function in patients with malignant tumors
目的 探讨阿帕替尼对恶性肿瘤患者甲状腺功能的影响.方法 回顾性分析15例晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,患者均接受阿帕替尼治疗,治疗前后进行甲状腺功能检测,分析治疗1个月后甲状腺功能异常发生情况.结果 15例晚期恶性肿瘤患者使用阿帕替尼治疗1个月后,共12例患者(80. 0% )出现甲状腺功能减退,用药至出现甲状腺功能异常的中位时间为32. 3 d. 12例甲状腺功能异常患者中,3例患者停止用药后促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平下降;3例患者继续使用阿帕替…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the effect of apatinib on the thyroid function in patients with malignant tumors. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with advanced malignant neoplasm were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were all administered apatinib.
