妊娠期糖尿病母亲新生儿骨密度和钙水平及其与出生体重的关系
Relationship of bone mineral density and calcium level with birth weight in newborns whose mothers suffer from gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the bone mineral density and calcium level as well as their relationship with birth weight in newborns whose mothers suffer from gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Forty-two newborns whose mothers suffered from gestational diabetes mellitus were enrolled as observation group,and were divided into macrosomia group(20 cases) and normal weight group(22 cases) according to their birth weight. Forty newborns delivered by healthy parturients were selected as control group. The levels of birth weight, serum calcium,serum phosphorus, serum alkaline phosphatase and bone mineral density were detected and were compared among all groups. Results The levels of serum phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase were higher but the levels of serum calcium and bone mineral density were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(all P<0. 05). The levels of serum phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase were higher while the levels of serum calcium and bone mineral density were lower in the macrosomia and normal weight group than those in the control group(all P<0. 05). However,no statistically significant difference was found in the indices above between the macrosomia group and the normal weight group(P>0. 05). Conclusion Decreased bone mineral density and serum calcium are observed in the newborns whose mothers suffer from gestational diabetes mellitus,which may not be related to birth weight.关键词
