医院-社区-家庭护理模式对脊髓损伤患者康复的影响
Effect of hospital-community-home integrated nursing model on functional recovery of patients with spinal cord injury

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hospital-community-home integrated nursing model on functional recovery of patients with spinal cord injury. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 62 patients with spinal cord injury from South Branch of Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University were chosen. They were divided into the observation group (30 cases) and control group (32 cases) according to the random number table method. The observation group was implemented hospital-community-home integrated nursing mode for one year, while the control group was given routine follow-up care for one year. The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), modified Barthel index (MBI), incidence of pressure sores and urinary tract infections, satisfaction rate were analyzed. Results The observation group had lower scores of SDS and SAS, lower incidence of complications, higher MBI and higher satisfaction rate than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The hospital-community-home integrated nursing model for patients with spinal cord injury could provide whole course continuous nursing, rebuild their confidence, and effectively improve their daily living ability and quality of life.关键词
