西安市部分社区围绝经期妇女生活质量及影响因素分析
Quality of life and its influencing factors in peri-menopausal women in Xi'an

Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life of peri-menopausal women in Xi'an, and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods A total of 485 peri-menopausal women in several communities in Xi'an were investigated from January to March 2016. General information questionnaire, World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief (WHOQOL-BREF), Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were employed to collect the data. Results The score of quality of life of peri-menopausal women was 55.81 ±9.20, and the average score of physiological dimension was lower than the national norm (P ＜ 0.05). Multiple logistic analysis showed that education background, family income per capita, marital status, anxiety and depression levels, PSSS score were the influencing factors, explaining 63.1％ of the variances. Conclusion The quality of life of the enrolled peri-menopausal women is poor, with multiple influencing factors. The nursing staff should strengthen the physical and psychological nursing for them.关键词
