炎症性肠病病人感知病耻感与生活质量的相关性研究
Correlation research between perceived stigma and quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the perceived stigma in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and its relationship with patients’quality of life (QOL).Methods:A total of 110 patients with IBD hospitalized in four grade 3 hospitals in Jiangsu Province were involved in this study.The self-designed general information questionnaire,the Perceived Stigma Scale in IBD (PSS-IBD) and the Chinese version of inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire (IBDQ) were used to investigate the perceived stigma level,QOL, and the correlation of the patients with IBD.Results:The score of PPS-IBD was (65.66 ± 36.70) points ;40% of patients had moderate to severe perceived stigma.The score of IBDQ was(155.08 ± 31.89) points.Except the scores of the family dimension and the general symptom dimension had no correlation,the other dimension of stigma had negative correlation with the total score and the scores of each dimensions of QOL (r＝ －0.51 to －0.19,P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Regression analysis showed that the QOL of patients could be predicted by disease status,stigma perception from the leadership,and communication frequency with medical staff (standardized re-gression coefficient was －0.62 to －0.19).Conclusion:The QOL of patients with IBD was closely related with the perceived stigma, which should be paid more attention.关键词
