Abstract
Objective:To analyze the obstetric nursing research literatures in China,explore the status quo,research hotspots,and de-velopment trend of obstetric nursing,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical work and scientific research.Methods:Using literature metrology CiteSpace Ⅲ software,the source was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) with the keyword"maternity nursing".Analyzed the related research literature of maternity nursing in China from 1981-2016.Results:A total of 3 282 obstetric nursing related literatures were retrieved,and the literatures amount increased in three-step rising trend.Wuxi maternity and child health care hospital in Jiangsu province was the institution published the maximum paper.67.7% of the authors published only 1 literature.The obstetric nursing knowledge map extended in three directions with the high-frequency keywords "nursing staff""breastfeeding""spontaneous labor"and "primipara",in which "nursing intervention"and"humanized nursing"were the high intensity emergent words.Conclusion:There was little cooperation between the authors and the publishing institutions of obstetric nursing literatures,and a core research team should be formed to keep paying attention to obstetric nursing research.Nursing staff, breastfeeding,spontaneous labor,cesarean section,and health education were the research hotspots of obstetric nursing,and the quali-ty control circle and humanized nursing were the development trend.关键词
