玉屏风胶囊(颗粒)联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria by Meta-analysis. Methods: The literature about Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria were collected by searching CNKI, VIP database of Chinese scientific journals, Wanfang database, China biomedical database、Pubmed from 1990 to 2017. The literature met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects of Meta-analysis, clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were selected as effect indicators, which were analyzed by using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: Nineteen literature met the inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis showed that the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines were better than those in control group, clinical effective rate OR =3.94,95％ CI=(3.03,5.13), recurrence rate OR=0.22, 95％ CI=(0.16, 0.32) (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference, and no adverse reaction. Conclusion: Yupingfeng capsule or granules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria has a good efficacy and safety, it can provide a reference for clinical medication.关键词
