血清抑制素B联合性激素检测在显微取精术术前评估中的临床意义
Clinical significance of serum inhibin B combined with sex hormone in preoperative evaluation of MD-TESE

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of serum inhibin B (InhB) combined with sex hormone in preoperative evaluation of microdissection testicular sperm extraction(MD-TESE). Methods: Twelve patients with non-obstructive azoospermia(NOA) undergoing MD-TESE were admitted from January to November 2017, and the patients were divided into obeservation group and control group according to whether or not having sperm successfully. InhB, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH)and testosterone(T) in serum were detected by ELISA before and after MD-TESE, and the clinical significance of preoperative evaluation was analyzed. Results: The levels of InhB and T in observation group was higher than those in control group, the levels of FSH and LH in observation group was lower than those in control group, there was statistically significant difference(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion: It could be helpful for evaluate of testicular function and predict of the outcome of MD-TESE in patients with NOA by detecting levels of InhB and sex hormone in serum, which may have a certain clinical application value.关键词
