全膝关节置换术中股骨远端外翻截骨角与股骨形态的相关性研究
Correlation of femoral distal valgus cut angle with femoral shape in total knee arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective: To study the variation of femoral distal valgus cut angle(VCA) in total knee arthroplasty patients of China and to explore the correlation of VCA with femoral shape. Methods: A total of 192 patients with primary osteoarthritis in our hospital from May 2013 to January 2016 who were treated with total knee arthroplasty was involved in this study. The femoral mechanical-anatomical angle(FMAA), neck-shaft angle (NSA), offset, femoral bowing angle(FBA) and femoral length(FL) were measured and the correlation of VCA with them was analyzed. Results: The mean FMAA was (6. 45±2. 43)°(range 1°to 12°). The percentage of FMAA between 5°and 7° was only 52%. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between FMAA and FBA(r=0.806, P<0.001). There was no correlation between FMAA and FBA, off set and FL. FMAA increased 0.5° with the FBA increasing 1°. Conclusion: The femoral shape of Chinese is more variable, choosing constant 5°~7° as VCA can not fit for most Chinese TKA patients. So we should take FBA into consideration preoperatively and choose VCA more rationally and individually.关键词
