赴刚果(金)维和二级医院38例疟疾患者的观察与护理

Abstract
Objective: To summarize the nursing experience of malaria patients in peacekeeping mission area, and to privide reference for the nursing of malaria patients in peacekeeping contingent. Methods: The clinical nursing observation data of 38 cases with malaria in the mission area were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of anti-malaria drugs such as liver function damage, gastrointestinal reaction and other adverse reaction were summarized. The effect of preventive education on malaria prevention and control in various peacekeeping units were also observed. Results: Positive and effective symptomatic nursing could not only reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, but also reduce the anxiety of the patients. At the same time, preventive education could reduce the incidence of malaria. Conclusion: In peacekeeping mission areas with limited medical conditions, effective nursing care is the key link in the clinical treatment of malaria, which can effectively increase the cure rate and reduce the incidence of complications, and prevention education is an important method to reduce the incidence of malaria. It has great significance to ensure the physical and mental health of peacekeepers and improve their combat effectiveness.关键词
