Abstract
Objective: To analyze the number of visits and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in Chinese peacekeeping level Ⅱ hospital in Mali in 2017. Methods: The work log were collected in Chinese level Ⅱ hospital in Mali from January to December 2017, the patients were classified, sorted and analyzed according to the hospital department and the disease categories by using Excel software. Results: The Chinese Level Ⅱ hospital in Mali treated 5 410 patients in 2017. The department of internal medicine treated 997 patients in all, and the main diseases were gastroenteritis and skin diseases. The department of surgery treated 1 493 patients, and the main diseases were muscle injury, pain, trauma and fracture. There were 1 748 patients in the department of stomatology, and the main diseases were dental caries, gingivitis, pulpitis and periodontitis. Department of ophthalmologic diagnosed 1 052 patients, and the main diseases were conjunctivitis and refractive error. Department of otolaryngology treated 120 patients, and otitis media and allergic rhinitis were the main diseases. Conclusion: Analyzing the number of visits and diseases in departments of internal medicine, surgery, stomatology, ophthalmology and otolaryngology in 2017, it can improve the medical support ability in peacekeeping mission.关键词
