Abstract
Objective: To explore the regularity and characteristics of training injury in the plain area shifting to the high altitude army and the high altitude training army, and to improve the preventive measure and to reduce the incidence of training injury. Methods: A total of 2000 training officers and soldiers were randomly selected from the plain area shifting to the high altitude army, at the same time, a total of 2000 training officers and soldiers were randomly selected from the same task of the high altitude army. The questionnaire were filled out by collecting the data of training injury in research objects by health company, the hospital outpatient and inpatient registration. The age, nationality, diploma, specialty, injury time, cause of injury, type of injury, site of injury were analyzed. Results: After moving to the high altitude area, the training injury incidence of the plain area shifting to the high altitude army was higher than that of the high altitude army(P＜0.01), and also higher than that in the plain area(P＜0.01). Before moving to the high altitude, training injury of the plain area shifting to the high altitude army was less than that of the high altitude army(P＜0.01). The incidence of synovitis of the high altitude army was higher than that of the plain area shifting to the high altitude army(P＜0.05). The frostbite of plain area shifting to the high altitude army was higher than that of the high altitude army(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the population distribution of training injury and training injury category. Conclusion: In the high altitude region, the incidence of training injury of the plain area shifting to the high altitude army is high and the most training injury is acute injury. Make effective measures can prevent and reduce the incidence of training injury.关键词
