心理干预对腹膜透析患者情绪及生活质量的影响
Effect of psychological intervention on emotion and quality of life in peritoneal dialysis patients

Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of psychological intervention on emotion and quality of life in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods: Seventy patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis from January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The SDS score, SAS score, quality of life and treatment compliance were obeserved before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference in SDS score and SAS score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in physical dimension between the two groups(P＞0.05). The physical function dimension, psychological function dimension and social function dimension score of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention can improve the mood of peritoneal dialysis patients and improve the quality of life and compliance.关键词
