全程服务式健康干预对2型糖尿病并心理障碍患者心理状态的影响
Influence of whole course service type health intervention on mental status in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with psychological disorders

Abstract
[Objective]To probe into the influence of whole course service type health intervention on mental status in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with psychological disorders.[Methods]One hundred patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with psychological disorders who accepted treatments in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the research objects, and were grouped by the random number table method, the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group was implemented the whole course service type health intervention on the basis of the control group. Then, the mental status and blood sugar level of patients in the two groups at different times after treatment were observed.[Results]In the observation group, the scores of Selfrating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were lower than those in the control group after treating for 8 weeks (P <0.05); the fasting blood glucose in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treating for 12 weeks, and the postprandial 2h blood sugar in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treating for 4 weeks, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).[Conclusion]On the basis of routine treatment, the implementation of whole service type health intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with psychological disorders is feasible, which can promote the improvement of patients' psychological status and it is beneficial for blood sugar control, thus it is worthy to be promoted in clinic.关键词
