摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To explore the application effect of target management theory in clinical nursing management. [Methods]Target management theory was applied in the clinical nursing management of our hospital from January 2016, general goals, subgoals and personal goals were set and regular assessment and incentive management were conducted to promote nursing staff to reach their goals.[Results]After application of the target management theory, the quality control scores of various nursing jobs in 2016 were significantly higher than those in 2015, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Patient satisfaction also increased to over 98％.[Conclusion]The target management theory applied in clinical nursing management can obviously improve the quality of nursing management, enhance nursing staff's business ability, in addition it can improve patient satisfaction of nursing work, so it is worth further clinical application.关键词
