针刺安全性概念研究初探
Preliminary Study on Concepts of Acupuncture Safety
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the connotation of acupuncture safety. Methods:Concepts of adverse events of acupuncture, adverse reactions of acupuncture, acupuncture accident or acupuncture incident, and acupuncture complications were analyzed by reviewing CNKI, VIP, PubMed and Embase. Results: According to the criterion of inclusion and exclusion, 273 articles were included; in which, concept connotation was only elaborated in 63 articles. There were great differences in concept connotation of acupuncture safety. Conclusion:Concept connotation of acupuncture safety has not been standardized, which makes against the study of acupuncture safety. Therefore, it is necessary to reach an agreement on the concept connotation of acupuncture safety as soon as possible.关键词
