Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needling points along Triple Energizer meridian at Haishi (9pm to 11pm) in the treatment of insomnia of Qi stagnation of Triple Energizer meridian, to provide new direction and methods for this kind of disease, and to expand the clinical application of time-medication. Methods:52 patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n =26) and the control group (n = 26). The control group was given conventional acupuncture manipulation, and the observation group was treated with needling points along Triple Energizer meridian at Haishi. Clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 30％, which was significantly higher than 80. 76％ of the control group(P ＜ 0. 05). There were significant difference in scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quantity Index and TCM symptom integral between the two groups, in which the observation group was superior to the control group(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:Haishi acupuncture can effectively improve sleep quality and enhance the therapeutic effect when treating insomnia, which is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.关键词
