电针结合药饼灸治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期临床观察
Clinical Observation of Electro-acupuncture Combined with Medicated Cake Moxibustion Treating Post-Stroke Shoulder-Hand Syndrome of Phase Ⅰ

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture combined with medicated cake moxibustion treating post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) of phase I. Methods:86 post-stroke patients with SHS of phase I were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 43 cases in each group; the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment, the treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with medicated cake moxibustion. Scores of VAS, hand edema, and FMA, as well as clinical efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:Scores of hand edema and VAS were significantly lowered after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups (P ＜0. 05), of which the treatment group improved more than the control group(P＜0. 05). In terms of FMA score, it was significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P ＜0. 05), it was increased more in the treatment group than that in the control group(P ＜0. 05). In terms of the total effective rate, it was higher in the treatment group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with medicated cake moxibustion has a significant curative effect on post-stoke SHS of phase I, which is superior to single acupuncture.关键词
