摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect and possible mechanism of mirror therapy(MT) combined staging acupuncture on motor function of upper limbs in patients with cerebral infarction by means of SPECT analysis method of local cerebral blood flow. Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the MT group, the staging acupuncture group, and the combination group, with 30 cases in each group. Dynamic changes of cerebral blood flow perfusion in cortical regions were observed before and after six sessions of the treatment by SPECT study, and the evaluations of NIHSS, FMA, MBI and ARAT were performed. Results:There were no significant differences before the treatment among the three groups, in terms of SPECT scores, Fr and Fm, number of lesions, FMA, MBI, ARAT and NIHSS(P >0. 05); they were all significantly improved after the treatment in the three groups (P <0. 05), of which the combination group was superior to the MT group and the staging acupuncture group(P <0. 05); the difference between the MT group and the staging acupuncture group was also statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of MT combined with staging acupuncture can improve SPECT score, Fr and Fm, number of lesions, cerebral blood flow, neural function defect scale, scores of FMA, MBI, ARAT, motor function of upper limbs, life quality of the patients with cerebral infarction. Its curative effect is better than pure MT treatment or pure staging acupuncture treatment, its mechanism may be related to brain function caused by the change of the cerebral blood flow reorganization. It proved an effective way for functional recovery of upper limbs in hemiplegia patients with cerebral infarction.关键词
