Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point-to-point scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS) after stroke. Methods:72 SHS patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n =36) and the control group (n =36). The control group was treated with routine treatment, limb rehabilitation training and conventional acupuncture; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with point-to-point scalp acupuncture. The treatment was once per day for 14 days. After the treatment, SHS score, pain score, motor function and clinical efficacy were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups. Results:After the treatment, scores of SHS and VAS were significantly lowered, and FMA score was heightened after the treatment in the two groups(P ＜0. 05); of which, the observation group improved more than the control group(P ＜ 0. 05). The total effective rate was 88. 89％ in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 83. 33％ in the control group(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of point-to-point scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture has a stable effect on SHS after stroke, which can significantly improve upper limb function of SHS patients.关键词
