Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dynamic acupuncture combined with Buqi Huoxue formula in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:136 hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n =68) and control group (n =68). The control group was treated with Buqi Huoxue formula; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with dynamic acupuncture. Neural function deficiency (NFD), viability, score of Fugl-Meyer sensory function, and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 85. 29％ in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 67. 64％ in the control group (P ＜0. 05). There was no significant differences between the two groups before the treatment in terms of scores of viability and NFD (P ＞0. 05); NFD score was significantly decreased, and viability score was obviously increased in the observation group compared to those in the control group after the treatment(P ＜0. 05). The score of Fugl-Meyer sensory function was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group after the treatment (P ＜ 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of adverse reactons (P ＞0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of dynamic acupuncture combined with Buqi Huoxue formula is more effective for post-stoke hemiplegia, it can significantly improve the neurological deficit and increase the viability of the patients. It is worthy to be popularized.关键词
