电针天枢穴对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠NF-κB信号通路的影响
Effect of Electro-needling ST25 on NF-κB Signaling Pathway in UC Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of point ST25 with electro-acupuncture on signaling pathway of NF-κB in rats with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods:60 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group, the model group, and the electro-acupuncture group, with 20 rats in each group. TNBS was used to establish UC model. The electro-acupuncture group was treated with electro-needling on ST25, the rats in the blank control group and the model group were kept in cages at the same time everyday. The changes of intestinal mucosa were observed under light microscope; colon mucosa damage index (CMDI) was analyzed and recorded; levels of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α were measured with ELISA method; the mRNA expression of NF-κB p65 was detected with qRT-PCR technique. Results:Compared to the blank control group, CMDI was significantly increased(P <0. 01), the serum levels of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α, as well as mRNA expression of NF-κB p65 were also greatly increased(P <0. 05) in the model group; they were all significantly decreased in the electro-acupuncture group compared to those in the model group(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Electro-needling ST25 can relieve the inflammatory reaction of intestine and decrease NF-κB expressions to improve inflammatory state and immune response of UC.关键词
