浅析"形气相合"对针灸临床诊治的指导作用
Application of " Coordination of Physics and Qi" in Acupuncture and Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
In TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment, disease can be divided into two parts, one is substantive lesions of physical or local organizations, that is the "Physics disease"; the other one is dysfunction, that is the "Qi disease". During the stage of syndrome differentiation, the location of the disease, pathogenesis, the nature of the disease, and the tendency of the disease were clarified by observing the different parts and status of Physics and Qi, and by analyzing the primary and secondary order of Physics and Qi. As for treatment, the basic principle should be "taking local acupoints for Physics disease and regluating the whole body for Qi disease". Manipulation and stimulation of acupuncture should be paid attention to coordinate the Physics and Qi.关键词
