针刺联合滋阴除痹汤防治痛风性关节炎的临床研究
Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Ziyin Chubi Decoction Preventing and Treating Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Ziyin Chubi decoction preventing and treating gouty arthritis. Methods:64 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into the control group(n =32) and the observation group(n =32). The control group was given routine therapy; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with acupuncture combined with Ziyin Chubi decoction. The total effective rate, the improvement of the concentration of uric acid in blood, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and TCM symptom integral were compared before and after the treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 87. 5％ in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 71. 88％ in the control group (P ＜0. 05). After the treatment, the reductions of the the concentration of uric acid in blood and ESR were more obvious in the observation group than those in the control group(P ＜0. 05). TCM symptom integral was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and Ziyin Chubi decoction can decrease the concentration of uric acid in blood, reduce ESR, it can effectively improve clinical symptoms of gouty arthritis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
