Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and the difference of needling different acupoints combined with Schuell language training in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke. Methods:120 patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group, the control group A and the control group B, with 40 cases in each group. All the three groups were given Schuell language rehabilitation training; on which basis, acupuncture was also applied to the three groups; points chosen in the control group A were PC9, HT9, TE1, and LR3; points of the control group B were chosen according to syndrome differentiation; points selected in the treatment group were Baihui eight array acupoint. The clinical effects were observed and evaluated after eight weeks of the treatment. Results:There were significant difference between the treatment group and the control groups after the treatment, in terms of scores of reading ability, oral expression, listening comprehension and CFCP(P ＜0. 05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90％, which was respectively significantly higher than 80％ of the control group A and 77. 5％ of the control group B(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of needling Baihui eight array acupoints can obviously improve reading ability, oral expression and listening comprehension of the patients to improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
