Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of thermal moxibustion on eight arraying points around GV4 combined with massage treating infantile diarrhea. Methods:126 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n =63) and the control group(n =63). The control group was given granule of Live Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Montmorillonite powder; whereas the treatment group was given theramal moxibustion on eight arraying points around GV4 combined with massage. The changes of saliva amylase, blood zinc value, absorption and excretion of D-xylose, and TCM symptom integral were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups to assess the clinical effect. Results:After the treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups in terms of saliva amylase, blood zinc value, urinary D-xylose excretion rate and D-xylose absorption rate, and TCM syndrome integral(P＜0. 05). The total effective rate was 92. 07％ in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 71. 43％ in the control group(P ＜0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of thermal moxibustion on eight arraying points around GV4 combined with massage can alleviate the clinical symptoms of infantile diarrhea, improve laboratory indexes, which is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
