针刺联合中药热熨治疗肾阳不足型中风后尿失禁的临床疗效及对患者尿流动力学的影响
Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Hot Medicated Press on Post-stoke Urinary Incontinence of Kidney-yang Deficiency And Its Influence to Urodynamics

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese hot medicated press on post-stroke urinary incontinence of kidney-yang deficiency, and to discuss its influence to urodynamics. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the control group(n =30) and the observation group(n = 30). The control group was treated with routine therapy; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese hot medicated press. The treatment course was two weeks. Urinary incontinence of daytime and nighttime, maximal bladder volume, urine volume, maximum urinary flow rate (MFR), and relative voiding resistance (RVR) were observed before and after the treatment. Results:The times of incontinence were significantly reduced in the two groups, and the maximum volume of bladder, urine volume, MFR, and RVR were significantly increased after the treatment; compared to those before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0. 01). The improvements of the observation group was more significant compared to those of the control group(P ＜0. 05, P ＜0. 01). Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with Chinese hot medicated press is effective for post-stroke urinary incontinence of kidney-yang deficiency, and its mechanism may be related to improving urodynamics.关键词
