穴位埋线对子宫内膜异位症性痛经的临床研究
Clinical Study on Acupoint Catgut Embedding Treating Dysmenorrhea due to Endometriosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding treating dysmenorrhea due to endometriosis. Methods:72 cases were randomized into the acupoint catgut embedding group(n =36) and the acupuncture group (n = 36). In the catgut embedding group, acupoints chosen were SP10, SP6, SP8, EX-CA1, and CV4, the treatment was once every two weeks for six times. In the acupuncture group, the conventional acupuncture was applied to the same acupoints, the treatment was three times every week for 12 weeks. Scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom, and serum levels of PG were observed before and after the treatment, as well as during one month follow-up in the two groups. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:There was no statistical significance between the two groups in terms of the total efficacy (P ＞ 0. 05). After the intervention, the scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom, and the serum levels of PG were significantly changed in the both groups(P ＜0. 01). During the follow-up, the scores of VAS and dysmenorrhea symptom, and the serum levels of PG in the acupoint catgut embedding group were significantly different from those in the acupuncture group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion:Both therapies can improve dysmenorrhea of endometriosis; however, the therapy of acupoint catgut embedding has better long-term effect.关键词
