摘要
Abstract
Exercise-induced fatigue is one of hotspots in modern sports medicine. Acupuncture therapy has unique advantage in the treatment of exercise-induced fatigue. This study collected the related literature in recent years, summarized acupuncture therapy treating exercise-induced fatigue from the aspects of its action mechanism and the clinical research results, thus to provide reference for the further clinical study. It pointed out the mechanism includes scavenging free radical, anti-lipid peroxidation, influencing neurotransmitters and relative hormones, improving energy metabolism, and promoting homeostasis.关键词
