复方黄连消疮灵治疗复发性口腔溃疡的免疫学机制研究
Immunological Mechanism Study of Compound Huanglian Xiaochuangling on Recurrent Oral Ulcer

Abstract
Objective: To observe the immunomodulatory effects of Compound Huanglian Xiaochuangling, and to explore its immunological mechanism in treating recurrent oral ulcer, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: The model of recurrent oral ulcer was established by immunoassay, the amount and the duration of oral ulcer and levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ were observed after the medication. Results: Compound Huanglian Xiaochuangling with high - dose could significantly increase the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, and CD4 + /CD8+ in the model rats. Conclusion: Compound Huanglian Xiaochuangling can shorten the duration and decrease the number of ulcer in rats, which may be related to improving the proportion of T lymphocyte subsets.关键词
