星点设计-效应面法优化马钱子碱-士的宁(B-S)双载药固体脂质纳米粒的制备工艺研究
Optimal Processing of Biphasic Drug-Loading Liposome of Brucine-Strychnine with the Methodolgoy of Central Composite Design-Response Surface

Abstract
Objective: To optimize the processing of biphasic drug - loading liposome of Brucine - Strychnine(B - S) by adopting the methodolgoy of central composite design - response surface. Methods: Liposomes were prepared with emulsion solvent evaporation method, and the medicinal content was determined by HPLC. The total encapsulation efficiency and total drug loading were used as indicators. Results: The ratio of glyceryl monostearate to soybean lecithin was 2:3, the dosage of glyceryl monostearate was 60 mg, B: S was 2.62, and the dosage of F - 68 was 0.31%. Under these optimized conditions, the average particle size of liposome was105 nm, the average total encapsulation efficiency was (48.57 ±1.21)%, and the average total drug loading was (1.02 ± 0.32) %. Conclusion: The process is simple, stable and feasible, which is suitable for preparing liposome of B - S.关键词
