祛风通络饮辨治类风湿性关节炎(风寒痹阻证)的临床效果及对RF、IL-17、IL-22、PGE2表达的影响

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qufeng Tongluo decoction and its influence to the expressions of RF, IL - 17, IL - 22, and PGE2, when treating rheumatoid arthritis of wind - cold obstruction pattern. Methods: 136 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n =68) and the observation group (n =68). Patients in the control group were treated with Leflunomide and Nimesulide; whereas patients in the observation group were treated with Qufeng Tongluo decoction. The clinical effectiveness was evaluated by comparing the TCM syndrome integral, the levels of immunoglobulin, T lymphocytes, RF, IL - 17, IL - 22, and PGE2. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.2% (62/68), which was significantly higher than 75.0% (51/68) of the control group(P <0.05); after the treatment, the symptoms of the two groups were improved and the TCM syndrome integrals were both decreased, of which the observation group was superior to the control group (P <0.05); the levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, CD4+, and CD4+/ CD8+ were increased, and the levels of CD8 +, RF, IL-17, IL-22, and PGE2 were decreased compared to those before the treatment, the changes degree in the observation group was more obvious(P < 0.05 ); Conclusion:Qufeng Tongluo decoction is beneficial to relieving clinical symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis with good effect, which mechanism may be associated with regulating the immunoglobulin and T lymphocytes to enhance immune function and regulating the levels of RF, IL-17, IL - 22, and PGE2 to reduce inflammatory damage.关键词
