摘要

Abstract

Liquid-solid composite casting of Cr12MoV steel-ductile iron was presented in this paper. The microstructure and composition of the bonded zone were analyzed by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS). The results show that the metallurgical bonding can be achieved between Cr12MoV steel and ductile iron under the appropriate process conditions. The connection mechanism includes the diffusion bonding and fusion bonding. The carbide does not appear at the interface of diffusion bonding obviously; but many carbides and ledeburites precipitate at the interface of fusion bonding.
