摘要

Abstract

On the basis of the traditional furan resin technology, the reason for the crystallization of furan resin at low temperature was found out through the investigations of reaction conditions and process parameters for the resin synthesis process. By introducing a modifier, the free formaldehyde content of furan resin was reduced. In the paper, a kind of no-bake furan resin for casting was provided with low free formaldehyde, high strength of molding sand and without the problem of crystallization.
