Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation on Motor Function Recovery in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on the recovery of motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). The control group was treated with traditional electroacupuncture, and the observation group with electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy. After 6 months of continuous treatment, the scores of limb motor function and daily motor ability were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of limb motor function and daily motor ability in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The recovery of motor function in patients with acute ischemic stroke is improved by electroacupuncture therapy. The clinical effect is obvious, the motor function is improved and the patient's self-care ability is improved. The value is of great clinical significance.关键词
