耳穴埋豆对乳腺疼痛患者的治疗效果
Ear-Pressing Therapy for Breast Pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of ear-pressing therapy in treatment of breast pain. Methods: 83 cases of patients with breast pain were randomly divided into massage group (28 cases), ear-pressing group (28 cases) and combination group (24 cases), and separately treated with acupoints massage, ear-pressing therapy and their combination treatment, observed their efficacy. Results: The overall response rate of ear-pressing group and combination group were significantly higher than that of massage group (P＜0.05), while there was no statistical difference between ear-pressing group and combination group (P＞0.05); the improvement of breast pain score of ear-pressing group and combination group were significantly better than that of massage group (P＜0.05), while there was no statistical difference between ear-pressing group and combination group(P＞0.05). Conclusion: Compared with acupoints massage, ear-pressing therapy is more effective in breast pain, and combination therapy is not better than single ear-pressing therapy.关键词
