冯氏内异方加中药保留灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床观察
Clinical Study on Fengshi NeiYi Formula and Retention Enema of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Treating Endometriosis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fengshi NeiYi Formula with Chinese Traditional Medicine of Retention Enema in Treating Endometriosis. Methods:127 patients with endometriosis were grouped into group (Fengshi NeiYi Formula Group), group B(Fengshi NeiYi Formula and Retention Enema of Chinese Traditional Medicine Group), group C(SanJie ZhenTong Capsule Group), group D(No-treatment Control Group) randomly. The changes of CA125 in dysmenorrhea and sexual intercourse were observed before and after treatment. Results: The VAS scores of dysmenorrhea and coitus pain in the four groups were significantly lower than those before operation (P＜0.05), and 3 months after operation and 6 months after operation, the VAS scores of dysmenorrhea and coitus pain in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in group D (P＜0.05);Three months after operation, the changes of serum CA125 in the four groups were significantly lower than those before operation (P＜0.05), but there was no significant difference in the changes of serum CA125 between the four groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Nei Yi Fang and Retention Enema of Chinese Traditional Medicinecan relieve the dysmenorrhea and algopareunia of patients with Endometriosis and reduce CA125.关键词
