延伸综合康复护理干预脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果评价
Extended Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing for Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of extended comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods: 70 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases), the control group accepted conventional treatment and nursing while observation group received feeding training when returned to the ward after conventional interventions, then used Standardized Swallowing Assessment (SSA) to evaluate their swallowing function and SWAL-QOL for quality of life at the time of before and 1 month after treatment, and detected the occurrence of aspiration pneumonia after 1 month of treatment. Results: The improvement of SSA and SWAL-QOL scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05); there was no statistical difference between the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Extended comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is helpful to the improvement of swallowing function and life quality of patients with dysphagia after stroke, but can't help reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.关键词
