Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of music therapy on motor functions of patients' limbs after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods: 61 cases of patients with motor dysfunction after TBI were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (31 cases), the control group treated with conventional exercise rehabilitation while observation group combined with music therapy, and evaluated the motor functions with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and activities of daily living with Functional Independence Measure (FIM) before and after intervention. Results: After treatment, the improvement of FMA and FIM scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Music therapy has positive meaning to the recovery of motor functions after traumatic brain injury.关键词
