Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of ultrashort wave therapy combined with kinetotherapy for stage Ⅰ of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: 62 cases of stroke patients with stage Ⅰ of shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into control group (31 cases) and treatment group (31 cases), both of which treated with kinetotherapy, while treatment group combind with ultrashort wave therapy, and evaluated their efficacy with visual analogue scales (VAS), Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) and swelling score after 3 weeks of treatment. Results: After treatment, the improvement of VAS, FMA and swelling scores of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ultrashort wave therapy combined with kinetotherapy can effectively reduce the pain and swelling of stroke patients with stage Ⅰ of shoulder-hand syndrome and improve their motor function of upper limbs.关键词
