肘压调整术结合齐刺下电针治疗腰3横突综合征的疗效观察
Elbow Pressure Adjustment Combined with Triple Electroacupuncture for Transverse Process Syndrome of Third Lumbar Vertebra

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of elbow pressure adjustment combined with triple electroacupuncture for transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra. Methods: 64 cases of patients with transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (32 cases), the observation group treated with elbow pressure adjustment combined with triple electroacupuncture while control group with conventional massage and acupuncture therapy, then observed the efficacy and improvement of VAS and ODI scores of the two groups. Results: The improvement of VAS and ODI scores of observation group were signifiantly better than those of control group (P＜0.05); the efficacy of observation group was siginifantly better than control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Elbow pressure adjustment combined with triple electroacupuncture has definite curative effect on transverse process syndrome of third lumbar vertebra, which has significance for popularization.关键词
