摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of manipulative therapy for cervicogenic headache (CEH). Methods:76 cases of CEH patients were randomly divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases), the control group was treated with Zhengtian Pills (1 bag, tid) oral administrated while observation with manipulative reduction on neck, shoulder and back (30min, qod), 15 days as a course of treatment and evaluated efficacy after 2 courses. Results: The overall response rate of observation group was 97.4％, which was significantly higher than 78.9％ that of control group (P＜0.05); after treatment, the improvement of VAS score, duration and frequency of headache and cervical ROM of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Manipulative therapy is effective and safe in treatment of CEH, which can effectively reduce the degree, duration and frequency of headache and improve cervical range of motion.关键词
