Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Muzu Foot combined with auricular acupoint pressure on improving the quality of sleep in thyroid patients. Methods:A total of 86 cases of insomnia undergoing thyroidectomy in our hospital were selected from February 2015 to August 2017 and randomly divided into experimental group(n=43) and control group(n=43).The reference group given routine nursing treatment, the experimental group in the reference group based on the traditional Chinese medicine foot massage and ear pressure beans. The effectiveness of treatment after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups before and after PSQI scale scores. Results: The total effective rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep time in both groups were significantly better than those before treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, the sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The use of traditional Chinese medicine Muzhu acupoint pressure bean treatment of patients after thyroid surgery can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, and patients with significant improvement in sleep quality.关键词
