中药沐足联合耳穴压豆在改善甲状腺术后患者睡眠质量中的作用OA
Effect of traditional Chinese medicine Muzu Foot combined with auricular acupoint pressure on improving sleep quality of postoperative thyroid patients
目的:探究中药沐足联合耳穴压豆在改善甲状腺术后患者睡眠质量中的作用.方法:将2015年2月～2017年8月本院接受甲状腺手术治疗后失眠的患者86例随机分为试验组和对照组各43例.对照组给予常规护理治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上再给予中药沐足联合耳穴压豆治疗.观察比较两组疗效及干预前后PSQI量表评分的情况.结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组入睡时间、睡眠效率以及睡觉时间的总分值均显著优于治疗前(均P＜0.05);试验组入…查看全部>>
