摘要
Abstract
Objective: Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention on bad emotion in patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus. Methods: From February 2016 to April 2017, 84 cases of sudden deafness with tinnitus were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=42) and observation group (n = 42). The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group was given routine nursing, and the effect of treatment and depression and anxiety before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05), and the score of HAMD-Hama in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing intervention in the sudden deafness and tinnitus patients with adverse effects in the application of a significant effect, can improve the patient's negative emotions, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
