摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of WeChat continuation service on the external compliance and self-efficacy of tumor patients. Methods: From August 2014 to August 2016, 62 patients with tumor were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 31) and the control group (n = 31). The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given the extended service of WeChat on the basis of routine nursing. PICC catheter self-management ability, out-of-hospital compliance and self-efficacy scores were compared between the two groups. Results: the scores of PICC catheter self-management ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05), the out-of-hospital compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the self-efficacy score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: WeChat continuous service has a very positive effect on the external compliance and self-efficacy score of the tumor patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.关键词
