摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that all kinds of uncertainties have great influence on effect of demand response (DR) scheduling strategy in smart grid, this paper proposes a DR optimization model considering user participation uncertainty. The relationship between user participation and incentives of grid side is denoted with an uncertainty model. Firstly, considering the requirements of the grid for peak load shifting, DR objective function is built based on load fluctuation, in which orderly power scheduling strategy is used for users participating in DR strategy, and disorderly power scheduling strategy is used for the others. Then experimental simulation is carried out, proving that there is an optimal participation rate to implement optimal scheduling strategy of the grid under the DR uncertainty model, related to the participation rate representing corresponding optimal incentive policy of the grid. Experiment results illustrate that the proposed strategy is effective in its performance considering user participation uncertainty, supporting the grid to improve effect of DR strategy implementation.
