护理干预在甲状腺全切术治疗结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌临床效果

Abstract
Objective To observe and evaluate the value of nursing intervention in total thyroidectomy for nodular goiter complicating thyroid cancer (NGWTC).Methods A total of 106 patients with nodular goiter complicating thyroid cancer who underwent total thyroidectomy at Dongguan Fifth People's Hospital from March,2014 to February,2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using numerical table method,53 cases for each group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the observation group were given high-quality comprehensive care.The clinical care effects of the two groups were compared.Results The overall incidence of complications was 11.32％ in the observation group,and was 47.17％ the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The values of T3,T4,FT3,and FT4 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate was 96.23％ in the observation group,and was 79.25％ the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in total thyroidectomy for nodular goiter complicating thyroid cancer can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve biochemical indicators and nursing satisfaction,so it is worth for clinical application.关键词
